Are Glow Rituals products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our curated formulations are selected for their balance of clinical performance and skin compatibility. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before beginning any new routine.

Are your products medical-grade?
Many of our products feature clinical-grade actives and are sourced from trusted, science-based manufacturers. Product pages include active ingredient details so you can shop with clarity and intention.

Are your sculpting tools safe for daily use?
Yes. When used as directed, our home sculpting devices are designed to support lymphatic flow, tone and rejuvenation. Always follow usage instructions included with your device.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
We will notify you as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can assist with edits.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be added soon.

How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier volume.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused skincare products and unopened sculpting devices within 14 days of delivery.

  • Skincare products must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Sculpting devices must be unused, with all components and packaging intact, and will be inspected upon return.
  • Items that arrive defective will be replaced or exchanged at no cost.
